MacArthur Center was designed with shoppers' needs in mind. To simplify shopping and make it fun, we've added a host of customer-friendly amenities, including:

  • Customer Service Center

    • Services include complimentary wheelchairs, strollers and store directories. Customers may also purchase gift cards and use the fax and copy services for a fee. (Center Court)

  • Taubman Mall Gift Cards are accepted at any store* in MacArthur Center and at any of the twenty Taubman-managed properties nation-wide. The Taubman Gift Card can be purchased in any amount from $20-$500 at Customer Service during all mall hours ($2.50 service fee applies; *Excluded store list available at Customer Service.).

  • Corporate Taubman Mall Gift Card orders can be processed in the Management Office, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm ($2.50 service fee applies per card).

  • American Express Gift Cards can be purchased at Customer Service during all mall hours. The Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 and are accepted at any U.S. retail or restaurant establishment that welcomes American Express Cards ($4, $5 and $6 service fee applies, respectively).

  • The Looney Tunes Play Port, presented by the Port of Virginia, is a 2400-square-foot play area located adjacent to the third level Food Court. The innovative play area is designed for kids to enjoy larger-than-life, three-dimensional Looney Tunes' favorites, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Road Runner, and Marvin the Martian, while learning the importance of The Port of Virginia. Maximum height for children is 42 inches.

  • Foreign Currency Exchange located at Customer Service Center, Level One. In addition to trading in over 80 different foreign currencies, the currency exchange teller will offer 20 different currencies for immediate purchase including currencies from the Caribbean and South American destinations such as Bahamas, Brazil, Costa Rica and Mexico. Now offering Money Gram, a domestic and international money transfer service. For more information about this service, please call 757-216-3500.

  • Spacious, Private Family Restrooms with child-sized toilets and sinks where parents can feel comfortable assisting children of either sex. (Lower level Center Court and third level near food court)

  • Cappuccino Breaks. A Grand Court Cappuccino Court that seats 40, a Nordstrom Espresso Bar at Nordstrom's first-floor entrance and two Starbucks locations; Level 3, Food Court and Level 2, near Center Court.

  • Valet Parking (Monticello Avenue entrance) is available for only $5 and operates from 9 AM to midnight Monday through Saturday, 11 AM to midnight on Sundays. Two brightly lit parking decks offering easy access to the center (north and south of the center). The decks feature nine convenient elevators, 62 handicapped parking spaces, 22 entrances with automatic doors and 94 strategically located push-for-assistance boxes. The boxes ring directly into the center's security office for help with lost cars, locked-in keys and other car and safety concerns. RV parking is available in the South deck on the 1st level.

  • Comfortable Lobby Lounge with luxurious leather sofas, soft chairs, end tables, lamps and plants. (Grand Court)

  • Visitor Information Center featuring a Ticketmaster, Virginia Arts Festival Box Office and information about area hotels, attractions and events. (Center Court)

  • TDD phones for the hearing-impaired are located near valet parking on Monticello Avenue and between the north deck and food court on the third level.

  • Automatic Ticket Dispenser located at Regal Cinemas for MacArthur Center's cinema megaplex

  • There are seven ATMs located throughout the Center.

      -Dillard's store first level

      -Dillard's store second level

    • Level 3
      -Terrace Court in front of Nathan's Famous and Arthur Treachers
      -Terrace Court between Carvel and Starbucks

  • Our shopping line (627-6000) is your 24 hour a day source for shopping information. The menu options offer you direct connect to stores or offices in the center, hours and directions, jobs, and special events.

  • Helping Hosts program provides a one-on-one shopping companion for up to 2 hours for customers who have difficulty shopping alone due to physical, developmental and visual limitations. The complimentary service is available every Monday through Thursday during regular center hours. Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance by calling (757) 622-0500 or TDD (757) 627-2711.
