Q: What will happen if I am under 18 and here after 5:00 pm?
A: You will be asked to leave the Center. You may contact Public Safety if you require assistance securing a ride. Please visit the Customer Service Center and ask an associate to contact Public Safety for you.
Q: What if my ride doesn’t arrive on time and I am here at 5:00 pm?
A: If your ride is on its way, you will be permitted to wait at a designated meeting place. If you are unable to locate your ride, you may contact Public Safety for assistance.
Q: Do I have to come to the Center with my parents after 5:00 pm?
A: Any responsible adult 21 years of age or older may accompany you.
Q: What if I come to the Center with an adult, but we want to shop in different stores?
A: If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the Program hours.
Q: What if I am shopping at the Center during the day and want to see a movie that starts after 5:00 pm?
A: You will not be allowed in the Center without adult supervision. Plan your movie times according to the program, or arrange to arrive at the theater just prior to the movie start time.
