MacArthur On Ice

The red star indicates the location of the outdoor ice skating rink. It is at the corner of Freemason Street and Monticello Avenue, outside of MacArthur Center and across the street from The NorVa.

From Peninsula: (Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg): 64 East thru Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. 264 West toward downtown Norfolk. Exit 10-City Hall Ave.
East
From Virginia Beach: 264 West to Exit 10-City Hall Ave.
South
From the Outer Banks: 158 West to 168 North. 64 East to 464 North, which becomes 264. Follow 264 East over Berkley Bridge. Stay in left lane. Exit St. Paul's Blvd.
West
From Chesapeake: 464 North to 264 East. Follow 264 East over Berkley Bridge. Stay in left lane. Exit St. Paul's Blvd.

Parking
Parking is available in the two parking garages attached to MacArthur Center. The closest parking garage to the ice skating rink is the North Parking garage which can be accessed from Market St. off St. Paul's Blvd.

Parking Rates for MacArthur Center garages:

Monday through Friday Rates

$1 for first 3 hours before 6 p.m.
After your first 3 hours, $2 every hour after that, before 6 p.m.
After 6 p.m., a flat rate charge of $2.00
Maximum $10.00 for the entire day.

Saturday and Sunday Rates

$1 Before 6 p.m.
$2 After 6 p.m.
Maximum $3.00 charge

Valet Parking
Valet parking is available for $5. Valet is located at the Main Monticello Avenue entrance.

Getting to the ice skating rink from inside MacArthur Center
From level one, go to the Grand Court area. Follow the corridor between Champs Sports and Forever 21. Exit the doors to enter the ice skating rink area.
