Whether in town for business, visiting friends and family, or enjoying a vacation, MacArthur Center extends a BIG welcome. With our Passport to Shopping program, visitors from over 50 miles away can each receive a "Passport to Shopping," full of discounts and special offers from over 50 retailers.

Foreign Currency Exchange

Located at Guest Services,  Level One. In addition to trading in over 80 different foreign currencies, the currency exchange teller will offer 20 different currencies for immediate purchase. For more information about this service, please call (757) 216- 3500.   Hours: Monday through Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday, 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

North
From Peninsula: 64 East through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. 264 West toward downtown Norfolk. Exit 10-City Hall Ave.

East
From Virginia Beach: 264 West to Exit 10-City Hall Ave.

South
From the Outer Banks: 158 West to 168 North. 64 East to 464 North, which becomes 264 . Follow 264 East over Berkley Bridge. Stay in left lane. Exit St. Paul's Blvd.

West
From Chesapeake:  464 North to 264 East. Follow 264 East over Berkley Bridge. Stay in left lane. Exit St. Paul's Blvd.

Bus

HRT, Hampton Roads Transit is committed to providing bus service that is safe, dependable, convenient and easy to use. HRT provides schedules and routes at www.hrtransit.org.

The Norfolk Electric Transit or NET is the premiere transportation link for residents, visitors, shoppers, commuters and downtown Norfolk. This free commuting service is provided by the City of Norfolk and operated by the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT).


Train

Ride The Tide, HRTs Light Rail, and exit at the MacArthur Station or Monticello Station.

Amtrak Norfolk station services daily Amtrak trains to Petersburg, Richmond, Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York and north up to Boston, as well as Thruway buses between Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Newport News.


Plane

Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is located approximately 10 miles from MacArthur Center.

From Airport: Norview Avenue, 64 East towards Virginia Beach, 264 West towards Norfolk to Exit 10- City Hall Ave.
